Festivities prior to the awards and the dinner include a cash bar, entertainment and a fund-raising silent auction.
Once the official proceedings are finished, there will be an After Glow Party.

The Ferndale Chamber is speaking in quite an "official" manner, considering all of the raves that Ferndale has received for adopting alternative downtown events geared to the "yuppie" young urban professional crowd.
