If you're a parent then this time of year worries you. Thinking of your children and safety while "trick or treating" has always been a problem for many parents. The Ferndale public library is making this year a safe but fun time for the whole family. They are providing not only a place to "Trick or Treat" but also contests, prizes and fun.
