Ferndale Residents Can Now Pay Their Water Bill Automatically

The city is now offering the ability to have your water bill taken directly from your checking or savings account. This service is free and may take up to 60 days after you apply before the payment is withdrawn. Therefore, residents should pay accordingly to ensure proper funds are in their account at all times.

Residents will still receive their quarterly statements with information on when the amount will be deducted. After enrolling, if your bank account changes, a new enrollment form must be filled out. Remember that it will take 30-60 days for processing. Cancellation is available at any time.
