Ferndale students could become a part of Detroit Pistons drumline

The Detroit Pistons are seeking both drummers and singers for their organization. The Pistons drumline is hoping to find some talented and enthusiastic drummers to join them in the 2010-2011 season. On Sept. 26, they will be auditioning for their next drum proteges. Those auditioning must play both "JQ" and "Nanigo." You can view the samples on line at www.pistons.com

But wait, there's more! The Detroit Pistons are also looking for some talented voices to sing the National Anthem at their home games! Students ages 11 + and adults can audition. It is anyone's chance! There is a $30 registration fee and each person auditioning gets 80 seconds to shine, a cappella style, on the Palace floor.
