To be able to serve this cauliflower salad with your holiday meal you will need to make it a day in advance because it needs to chill in the refrigerator twenty four hours before you serve it.
Ingredients And Preparation
One Head Of Cauliflower Pulled Apart And Cut Into Bite Size Pieces And Trimmed
Frozen Peas
Three To Four Green Onions Cut In Half Inch Pieces
Three To Four Radishes Cut In Thin Slices
Two To Four Tablespoons Mayonnaise
1/4 Cup Sugar
Three Tablespoons White Vinegar
Salt And Pepper To Taste
Large Air Tight Food Container
In a small bowl add mayonnaise sugar and white vinegar and mix well. Taste to make sure it's to your liking, if it isn't adjust to your desired taste.
Put cauliflower, frozen peas, cut green onions and sliced radishes in a large bowl. Pour salad dressing in small bowl over vegetables in large bowl and add salt and pepper to taste mix well.
Store in large air tight food container put in refrigerator until ready to serve.
