FIAM 2011

Manaus Free Zone Superintendence, known as SUFRAMA, begins now preparations for the sixth edition of the "Feira Internacional da Amazonia" FIAM 2011 (Amazon International Show). The international event will take place from October 26th to 30th next year. Reservations for booth exhibitors and event partners can be made from January 2011 by contacting the " Coordenação-Geral de Promoção Comercial" ( General Coordination for Trade Promotion).

The event is recognized as the largest businesses showcase of the region and includes exhibition of industrial products and handicrafts, business meetings and sightseeing, as well as a day of seminars on issues of strategic importance for regional development. Technical-scientific show , business lounge and innovative entrepreneurship, lectures, social and cultural activities, will take place along side environmental and technical visits to the Industrial Pole of Manaus (PIM) factories.

Booth's Reservations start next January

Among the participants business people from all over Brazil and abroad. Representatives of government agencies and institutions, tourism operators, partners in science and technology, logistics operators and specialized media, all interested in purchasing of products and/or investment in regional development projects . For 2011 the expectation is to surpass all previous editions indicators and strengthen the image of FIAM as the most successful event aimed at attracting investment to the western Amazon.
