A Message to Muslims
I know few people are going to read this and odds are they will not be Muslims and if Muslims read this they will not be the ones I'm targeting with this. I can hope though.
Recently we had Every Body Draw Muhammad Day. Every Body Draw Muhammad Day was a response to Muslim extremists threatening the creators of South Park (Matt Stone and Trey Parker) and Viacom (the company that owns Comedy central which airs South Park) when an episode was made that featured Muhammad in a bear costume. Comedy Central in response to the threats did not air the episode. This led to outrage which lead to Every Body Draw Muhammad Day. While Viacoms decision not to air the episode is understandable given the attacks by extremist Muslims in the past for cartoons that depicted Muhammad and resent attacks against Lars Vilksand his home, many however felt the action was cowardly and they felt that freedom of speech was under threat by these extremist Muslims. As a result of all this we have Every Body Draw Muhammad Day.
What is to be learned form this? If the extremists did not make the threats, the episode would have aired. It would have been talked about a little bit and then forgotten only to be remembered in reruns. There would not have been a Draw Muhammad Day if there were no threats made. If they had just let it go there wouldn't have been a controversy, there wouldn't have been a backlash.
For every action there is a reaction and actions can have effects far beyond the scale that they happened on. How many innocent Muslims have been persecuted, discriminated against, attacked and murdered out of outrage, anger and bigotry by non-Muslims brought about by the actions of extremists, fundamentalist Muslims and Islamic terrorism? When someone at a violent protest holds a a sign that says "death to those who insult Islam" how does that make Islam look? How does that effect peoples opinions of Islam and Muslims? Negatively and as a result innocent Muslims who have done nothing wrong and who may even agree with their attackers are attacked, persecuted, discriminated against and even killed because of the negative effect. Because of threats and attacks by extremist Muslims, because of Muslims holding signs that say "death to those who insult Islam" innocent Muslims who have done nothing wrong are harmed.
Shut up. Shut the hell up. You are not helping, you are harming. You are harming your self and your fellow Muslims. Next time some one draws Muhammad, let it go. Next time some one does or says something you find insulting to your religion, just let it go. You don't have the right not to be offended and others have the right to disagree and express them selfs even if you disagree with their opinion and how they express it. Further more when you don't let it go you ultimately only harm your fellow Muslims and Islam as a whole.

I know what the Islamic mythology is, I know more about it than most people in the west.

I am not Christian, I do not believe the Jesus of the bible ever existed, I do not believe in a historical Jesus. I believe the Jesus character is an composite character created from an amalgamation of multiple stories (sone of which based on real people), Jewish mythology and pagan mythology.
Note: That statement IS offensive to Christians just as the statement “Jesus wasn’t crucified†is. The crusifiction of Jesus is very important in Christian mythology, Christians believe Jesus’ crucifiction was a sacrifice and though that sacrifice peoples sins can be forgiven. No, it doesn’t make any sense but it is what they believe.
Are you so lacking in imagination that you can only think of “fight fire with fire “ and “an eye for an eye� You can’t fight through criticism? You can’t fight by pointing out the drawing of Muhammad is wrong or that their statements about Islam are wrong and then back up your claims? You can’t draw an offensive image of the people who drew offensive images of Mohammed?
By the way: there are offensive image of Jesus and Moses already in existence (some drawn by Christians). Just look up “rule34 jesusâ€

Even if muslims had not believe in them still Quran stops muslims from abusing or doing anything disgusting regarding religious personalities of other faith. and just for the sake of argument that i agree that we should fight words and images with words and images . that is exactly throwing mud on each other .they abuse our prophet and religion we abuse theirs. other thing i suggest u google chrstians terrorist organizations present . u will be surprised they are much more than muslim organizations. and they too kill . but the thing is media dont highlight it much bc media it self is controlled by jews and chritians . half of israeli army are orthodox jews (if i am not wrong).

It is the people like you that are the ultimate hypocrites. You say, believe and do things that others find offensive, there are people who find your religion, your holy book offensive and your opinions (weather about religion or not) offensive but if something offends you its "Oh we can't have that! Thats offensive. There oughta be a law against it." When you talk about 'Isa (Jesus) the fact that the quran says he was not crucified and was not divine is offensive to many Christans just as me saying the biblical (and thus quranic) Jesus never existed is offensive to them and Christans have said things that I, you and you and I both would find offensive .
Your religion and holy book is offensive to me and many others and my, their beliefs and opinions are offensive to you and many others even me. You have expressed things that others find offensive and for you to have the right to do so others have the right to do so as well.
