If you can get support of upper management, prepare a "Fun Friday" or other event that will be designed to boost morale. You will make friends at your office, boost morale, and end workplace boredom for both yourself and your coworkers.

Workplace boredom happens for a reason. If you've tried challenging yourself, organizing your workspace, and joining social committees with no avail it might just be time for you to move on.
