Fighting Daily Fatigue and Weakness

If you are exhausted or are feeling tired during the day despite having slept very well is possible that your body is not properly storing energy. Energy production occurs at the cellular level, in the mitochondria, which are very small structures inside cells and release energy to decompose fuel. The cells metabolically activate tissues such as the liver, have thousands of mitochondria. If you feel fatigue, it's probably because of the lack of vitamins, minerals, enzymes and oxygen necessary for the metabolism.

This deficiency can cause cellular divisions to slow down, resulting in a sense of apathy. Fatigue is also caused by anemia, chronic infections, low blood pressure or liver disease. Fatigue is a signal sent by the body and must not ignore. It is important to not fight it with coffee or another stimulating drink.

A very effective way of increasing vitality is doing exercises in the morning, and at any time of day when you feel tired. A healthy diet rich in fresh fruits, vegetables provides the nutrients needed to combat fatigue. A well balanced diet with carbohydrate, protein, vitamins and minerals combat chronic fatigue. The coffee, alcohol and nicotine are stole nutrients in the body which makes the task difficult for the body to absorb necessary substances.

It's best to eat fruits rather than sugar, sugar is digested and quickly enters the bloodstream, which produces energy, but soon low sugar level and makes a person feel with fatigue. If you eat a lot of sugars this can lead to a saturated pancreas. Instead of sugar eat fresh fruits and nuts sparingly to have a stable and balanced energy.

Hot and cold showers works great. Rotate the temperature every 3-4 minutes, the first hot and then cold. Dry with towel vigorously to stimulate the skin. This gives you more energy as it improves circulation and helps the body to eliminate waste at the opening of the pores. To overcome fatigue, mix essential oils of clover, cinnamon and sage. Dilute the preparation with a few drops of neutral oil and put a small amount of the mixture into the temples, neck and face. The St. John's wort plant relieves exhaustion and fatigue and also clears the mind. In addition improves concentration, mix three drops of essential oil with 4 cups of mineral water without gas and take it when you need it.
