Here is the Solution

Two pains of life, physical and emotional, are in many ways different but in one way same i.e. PAIN, they inflict pain. Physical will definitely or will most probably diminish in a short period of time in comparison to mental but the latter a treacherous and deadly. Isn't it? It is. Suicide attempts, unconsciousness, heart attacks, etc....etc...etc. We cannot go away easily with all these things as these are the part and parcel of our life. At one point of time, we have to encounter it because life is blend of good and bad, what matters is the way we tackle it as that decides the forthcoming repercussion.

Alright, coming to the point, be always optimistic in life. Remember life is 90% how we take up and 10 %, how we make up. So it is up to us the way we perceive. For example: sex can be seen as vulgar and it can even be for pleasure and love. Of course, everything cannot be perceived in good sense but yes, definitely, most of life activities. Did you find some relief? I don't know your response. But be sure you will feel relaxed at the end

There is no one on this earth who does not face such blockades, whether he/she is psychiatrist or mental healer or counselor or who so ever, remember everyone. Therefore, no need to visit them because ultimately it is the individual who surpasses it and each one of us are individual. Meet them only when you are morally dead as personal interactions can do a lot. But that should be the last option, which I hope may not come as you as in most probability you will succeed in sailing over depression. Whenever you face such problems, just follow these magical charms.

Doing the best: Stress can occur at any level. It can be personal, family, love, finance, social, workplace... Anywhere. Therefore need not to worry. It's unavoidable but yes definitely defeat able. Doing the best means being humble enough in putting your best to solve things politely. Rather than giving it an unfriendly shape, make it friendly before it gets worse. Try to ignore petty mistake of others, after all we are humans and not God. In already worst conditions, try to look for the errors and the possible solutions available. If required, take help of your friends or loved ones only whom you trust.

Acceptance: If you embedded this quality deep in your brain and heart it is for guaranteed that you will never be depressed because then you become real human as one starts accepting the defeat (which may be not) and pardoning the culprit. But, beware, in limit else you will lose the taste of life and become a loser than a fighter. You need to fight the hurdles of life and not surrender by accepting every blues of time but accepting only when our rigid, inflexible determination and passion fails. At this point, you should open your heart for 'ACCEPTANCE'; realizing that everything is not meant for me as the worst will trigger.

And the last one Meditation: It is the word which is a supreme source for all destinations, yes, to whatever you WILL; it will lend you a helping hand which will guide till you accomplish your destination. Choose a place surrounded by silence or enough to let you meditate comfortable. No need to struggle for a specific position, just relax, lose your body and close your eyes. For first few minutes let your mind to stop working and then start the journey forgetting everything around you and the world. Sail in the beauty of nature, blowing winds, snow-clad peaks, rushing waterfall, awesome Blue Ocean, feel them loving you, enjoying with you and then start stepping in virtual world of living beings. People busy in their tasks, having fun, enjoying meals, enjoying beauty of life and whatever you can think of but only good things or merry making things. Thank god and thank yourself for being lucky to get such an auspicious precious life and reflect your best moments. Gradually, arrive at the present moment, where you are facing trouble and ransack for the mistakes that led you to the disgust. Start introspecting, look for your strengths and weaknesses, bad and the good, ask God for help or your strength for help, and you will realize that you have started lightning your problem. It is not as simple as it seems here but even not tough.

Exercise may relax you from virtual depression but not from mental disruption. So, try to hit the core. Be confident; be bold to face the challenge. Try to be mostly optimistic and don't abuse yourself for landing in such disgust. It is common, everyone faces it; even who help others also have faced but surpassed it. It is their experience that narrates the solution. Life is a balance of positive and negative, so it has to come and go, accept it and you will be accepted.
