I told myself I would never fight over a man...But I had to rethink myself and those words because there are three men I will...Four, I'll fight for.
The first is God, because if he is true and if He is for the good then I will fight for the good. I'm 28 years old and I know by now that if you run with bad, you get bad. And I don't know about you but I'm tired of bad!
But I also realize that in life it won't always be good the bad has to be expected and not lead to long disappointments. If we had no "evil" in the world then the world would be simple.
Unfortunately to the closed ears, they soon have to come to a realization bad things are bound to happen, but it's how you tolerate and deal with the situations that matter.
An eye for an eye is not a good idea unless it's for a good purpose (knowing a person helped you before so you are returning the favor). But revenge on an already bad situation doesn't make things better. Have you ever heard of the "the last finishes first."
If someone curses you or breaks your pride it feels good to stand up for yourself, especially in front of a crowd. Why feed an idiot with idiocy? Let it be, its only words and even if the person wins an upper hand verbal battle in the end you will be rewarded.
But as I was saying before if whoever the Creator is-may it be God (man or woman), Buddha, Jehovah, or Allah, if what they're for good I will fight. When do bad guys ever win anyway?
The First man I would fight for of course would be my son, I will die for him. He brought out the innocence in me again. He taught me how to forgive, love, and cherish the moments. His love is pure and I am his teacher for my child I will fight.
The second and third men I would risk my dignity over are my Grandfather and uncle. They are two men that tried to raise me in the way of the world but it became separated temporally. No others will be allowed the grace of my loyalty.
The stated above are those that show or bring immediate true love in my life and there are no others like them. I love the fact knowing I am loved unconditionally even through trials and difficulties. I love to love which makes me a lover of love.
