Final Four Predictions for the AFC/NFC NFL Championship Games: Packers Vs. Bears '" Jets Vs. Steelers
Packers vs. Bears at Soldier Field: Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers will play in his first championship game, and all of the hype surrounding how well he will perform doesn't add up to a hill of beans. As a matter of fact, Soldier Field will literally be on fire, as the visiting Packers renew one of the oldest rivalries in pro football history.
Jay Cutler will play in his very first championship playoff game, and without a doubt he earned the right to appear in this year Divisional Playoff game. Jay Cutler and Aaron Rodgers face each other in a showdown that may someday become a part of NFL history.
The Packers defense will contain Jay Cutler for the most part of the first quarter, but Cutler will find a way to connect with his receivers to overcome a 10 point deficit, and lead the Bears to a Divisional Playoff victory.
My prediction: Bears 31 - Packers 28
Jets vs. Steelers at Hines Field: Even though the Steelers are favorites to defeat the New York Jets, the defense of the Jets is in a killer mode leading up to this Divisional Playoff game, and the edge is in their favor for this Divisional match-up game. The relentless pursuit of the Jets defense will be the key factor in disrupting Ben Roethlisberger from connecting with Hines Ward, and other key receivers. Mark Sanchez will have an MVP performance, which in turn will guide his Jets team to appear in Super Bowl XLV. LaDainian Tomlinson and Santonio Holmes will also give the Jets the edge in their victory over the Pittsburgh Steelers.
My prediction: Jets 31 - Steelers 30
