I really was unsure what to write in this article to grab your attention. Then, I had an apiphiny; I need not be too creative. I will simply tell you about Culinary Homeschool and you will immediately see how your attention will be grabbed.

Inspired by the popular Food Network TV Shows, "Food 911" and "Rescue Chef," Culinary Homeschool is your source for cooking lessons right in your own kitchen. Their top chef instructors will come to your Los Angeles home and show you how to prepare succulent dishes using your own equipment and local groceries. You select the food which you would want learn to prepare from an amazing menu and they teach you how to achieve success. Best of all, before the chefs leave, they will do all the clean up, so all you have to do is cook, learn and eat.

The menu contains exquisite dishes you may select to prepare for your in-home culinary school experience. For every lesson you may choose one dish from each category, appetizer, entrée, side dish and dessert. Every dish you select will teach you a wide verity of culinary skills. Your cooking techniques will include chopping, dicing, cutting, searing, frying, whisking, baking and many others. The best part is that after you are done with your lesson you get to enjoy the dishes inspired by some of the best chefs in the world and prepared by you. The menu includes such classics as Insalata Caprese, Tuna Tartare Topped with a Fried Quail Egg, Creamy Leek and Potato Soup, Herb, Tomato and Ricotta Stuffed Cornish Game Hen, Lobster and Bacon Macaroni & Greyer Cheese, Homemade Linguine with Sun Dried Tomatoes and Basil, and a Chocolate Soufflé.

All of the chef instructors at the Culinary Homeschool are top professionals who have undergone extensive training in food preparation and have a very high level of experience and expertise in the culinary industry. Every chef has been closely tested and interviewed several times before being hired as one of the instructors.

The cost per each lesson is $145 per person, per lesson (minimum of two people for each class). Each lesson includes fresh ingredients, which are purchased specifically for your lesson as well as a lot of extras, such as a chef's apron and a recipe book.

This is a fun, easy way to learn new dishes without leaving your own home. If you live in the Greater Los Angeles, CA area do not pass up this opportunity - you won't regret it.

Bon Appetit!
