Finally Revealed- How to Increase Page Views on Associated Content

Discover Ways to Make Money Writing About Niche Subjects

Kirby Rooks
A lot of people are becoming freelance internet writers. A lot start out writing about what they like and enjoy, but find that they don't get the page views they expected. Lets face it money motivates us to explore and learn to write about subjects people search for on the internet.

Internet Search Material to Locate Niche Subjects

See what is trending on internet search sites. This is a great way to find niche material and helps in locating what people are interested in. It might be that they are unsure of what they are looking for but you might find something that peaks interest in what people are already looking for and will be a great source of page views.

A good example are people searching for information on poodles. As you learn more about poodles you will discover that poodle owners are always looking for bargains on poodle haircuts. So maybe a good article would be "How to Give a Poodle a Haircut".

Research, Research, Research

You can't doenough research. Research is more then just filling out a search box on the internet. To research a subject takes time, patience and talent.

Credible research starts in your public library. Go today and meet the research staff at your local library. They are always knowledgeable and are the best resource you can have when looking for current credible research to form a different slant on a subject or just to learn more detail about a project you are engaged to write about.

Browse Magazine Racks for Niche Subjects

I like to go to a book store and order a coffee and browse the magazine covers and table of content for niche subjects. I usually find 2-3 niche subjects to research and draw up ideas or outlines to get started.

Headlines are What Draws People to Your Articles and Hence More Page Views

No doubt SEO plays an important part but still people have to take the initiative to click on your article. The best way to get them to do that is to write a headline that strikes an emotional cord that propels them to want to read more.

Writing headlines can be fun and if you spend most of your time coming up with a powerful headline to draw your audience in you will be more successful.

Headlines need to be short but interesting. They need to use words that strike us emotionally. Words like free, how to, discover, revealed, etc will increase your page views and your monthly check.

I know that lately whenever I spend more time writing good headlines using strong keywords I've researched on niche subjects I get more page views quicker. Give this a try- write 10 headlines about your article using the best and emotional words you can think up. Then with the nine remaining use them to outline your article and for sub-headings. See if your page views increase based on your research both in the library and the internet.

Hi Kirby :) Good article... I have only recently come back to AC, and I have learned a lot in between. Page views are sporadic, but this is my own way of trial an error. I did notice however a headline tweak can work. SEO and LSI techniques are becoming more fruitful at other websites I write for, but for some reason not with AC. However there are articles that do much better here. I look at saturation when looking at well searched articles, be aware of this. SEO also works better in conjunction with LSI with some Search Engines - Thanks

Excellent topic! Headlines definitely hook people, but the article is what reels them in.
