This Cereal Really is 'Good for You!'

JRS
By now you know that I regularly get breakfast cereal from Trader Joe's. I like them because they are low in sugar and loaded with extras like fruit and nuts.

Well, another place I like to pick up all natural cereal from when I have the opportunity is IKEA. IKEA is far enough away from me that I can't just stop there on a whim, my trips there are usually planned. I'm usually going for some household item, but I always make a point of stopping by the little food market area on my way out. Many times I've picked up a bag of the Good For You all natural Swedish cereal by FINAX. Good For You cereal is Muesli with almond, banana and orange. There is no added sugar, and it's sweetened with honey. So, Good For You cereal is all natural, multi-fruit, multi-grain, and low in fat. It comes in a 22oz bag and is priced under $5.00.

Good For You all natural muesli from the fields of Sweden is a great source of fiber and protein. It contains 4g of Fiber and 4g of protein. It has no cholesterol and is low in sodium. Good For You cereal is also high in thiamin and Iron.

The Taste of Finax Good For You Muesli With Almonds, Oranges And Banana

With oat and wheat flakes, barley flakes, corn flakes, puffed rice, and of course dried banana, raisins, apple, oranges, honey and almond, you can imagine this muesli is not very flavorful. It's not unbearable, I don't normally add sugar to it, rather, I rely on the dried fruit to sweeten it for me. I normally eat mine with milk, like a regular cold breakfast cereal, though I imagine it may be good served warm also, since it's loaded with oats and other grains. Having this muesli mixed in with cottage cheese or yogurt is another option.

Consider it for an ice cream topping, or mixed in with a smoothie to add some healthy fiber, grains, and protein to your diet. The fiber aids with digestion and keeps hunger at bay. The iron helps the oxygen to circulate through your body, and the thiamin is good for energy and also aids in processing your body's waste.
