Find Anyone's Phone Number in the World

There may come a time where you have lost contact with a friend who has moved over seas, know exactly where they live, but just have no possible way of figuring out what their contact phone number is. This can be incredibly frustrating and often there is just nothing you can do about it. Often times there wont be a yellow page listing of the person's number, not can you just ask someone for it. Because of this, you will need the Internet. With the Internet, and a specific website called "Number Way," you will be able to track down your friends phone number, and best of all it is free of charge.

To start, open up your computer's Web browser. Once opened, navigate to the website http://www.numberway.com. This is a site that specializes in finding numbers for both companies and individuals from all over the world. As long as you know the person's name and their general whereabouts Number Way should be able to track down the phone number.

Select the Continent you would like to search in, followed by the specific country. The more specifics you can provide the better your chances are of finding your friends phone number. You will now be taken to a new page where you will need to type in the person's full name in the first provided search bar. Underneath you have the ability to type in the address as well. If you know the address (or any part of it, such as the city or street name) this will prove to be very helpful. Select "Search" and the online website will search for all names in the specific country that fit the information you gave.

Once the search has completed a listing will be shown on the page. The list will consist of all the people with the name you typed out, followed by their local address, as well as their phone number. Look through these listings until you find what you believe is your friends. If there is a longer list you may want to print if off using your Web browser (select "File," followed by "Print"). From here it will be up to you to determine which number is actually your friends. To do this your only option may just be to call each and every number and see if your friend answers (try to keep the wrong numbers short because it is bound to become expensive calling multiple international phone numbers).
