Find Income Tax Forms From the IRS for Federal and RI State Returns
Neighborhood: Coventry
Coventry, RI 02816
United States of America
It is that time of year again...we are all receiving our W-2 forms and will need to file our income tax returns to the IRS. Whether you owe or are expecting a refund, tax filing requires forms! If you decide to submit a tax return the "old fashioned" way with a paper form, they can be found at various locations throughout Rhode Island.

I live in Coventry, RI and the Federal Income tax forms can be found at the local library. Coventry Library (http://www.coventrylibrary.org) is located on Flat River Road (Rte 117). For directions you can go to their website (http://www.coventrylibrary.org/direct.htm) or call them at 822-9100. The paper forms can be obtained there during regular hours. The Winter Hours are Monday - Thursday 9am - 9pm, Friday 9am - 5pm, Saturday 9am - 5pm, Sunday Noon - 4pm.

The Coventry Public Library provides its patrons with tax forms but are you aware that all of this information is available online? Should you make a mistake or need a form when the library is not open then maybe the following links will be helpful. You will need Acrobat Reader to print out all forms. The Link is here: http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readermain.html. Please be aware that this is a large download. Did you also know that these forms can be filled out on the computer and saved to disk, or USB Flash drive?
