Touted as "The Renoir of Sugar Art" by Celebrity Living Magazine, Wildflowers chef Lori Ann Blethen knows a thing or two about turning sugar and flour into an edible work of art. Her bakery is all custom cakes, all the time, and she specializes in hand sculpted and painted sugar art decorations that create stunningly realistic looking flowers and other intricate cake designs. Vegan, organic, and gluten-free cakes are available upon request, and over two dozen flavor options and more than two dozen filling options are available. We had two cakes made for our wedding - one "normal" and one vegan. Thankfully we had a great friend who baked them for us.
I'm glad to see more options cropping up for vegetarians and vegans.
