Macy's Wacoal and Bali bras. They're less than $40 and for big sizes they go all the way up to F, in most stores! Least favorite place to shop for heavy chested girls? It's Target. Target's problem to some is that it trades cost-effectiveness and style for little to no support and quality. On the other hand, Target's Gilligan/ O'Malley bras are said to be pretty good, and H&M;'s bras are too.
Olga Curves style #35040 is comfortable. It's soft, nicely lined, and has no-poke wire that *actually* doesn't poke. Tailor made for 36-38Ds that have a terrible time finding comfortable bras that fit correctly. You can buy them at Kohl's where they retail for $32, but they go on sale. Another well made bra is Vanity Fair's style #75214. The Olga is more versatile but the Vanity fare has nice lace.
If you don't like under wires try a Playtex seamless soft cup. It's a seamless satin side-shaping bra. You'll be able to do everything but run in it.
www.BiggerBras.com has reasonable prices and regular sizes on sale and free shipping. If your certain of your size check them out.
Victoria's Secret bras aren't known for being budget bras but if you can hold off until their semi-annual sale you'll find some of them 3 for $19 each. They hold up well.
Urban Outfitters clearance bras can be had for as low as 10$. The brand to look for is Is No Romeo and It ususally sells for $24. They are convertibles so they can be worn strapless or as a halter or cross back and their cute.
If you only buy one thing at the GAP try their bras.
