Finding the Best Job for Your Personality

Carrie Lowe
Trying to find the absolute best job that will work for your needs, as well as allow you to earn the money that you need to earn in order to pay bills is quite complicated. If you are unsure how you are going to manage your finances then you also have the stress of your finances to make things even worse for yourself. What is most important even more so than the money that might be causing you stress is the need to find a job that will actually make you happy, and often this means looking at your actual personality in order to decide if you are looking in the correct field or not.

If you are extremely detail orientated, you might find that looking for a job that deals with numbers and other types of organization and detail is the best way that you can possibly be happy at your job. An accountant or even a manager of some forms will almost always find that their overly serious need to pay attention to the small details is the one thing that helps them to achieve at their job the most. Working with numbers and other details is not something that is suitable for everyone, for example if you are not likely to really pay attention to the smaller issues or details you will discover that it is virtually impossible for you to excel at these types of jobs.

If you are a very outgoing person, you will likely find that getting a job where you can interact with people as much as possible is actually the best move for you. Customer service jobs, sales and even some aspects of management are all great places that you are able to interact with people. You could even consider getting a job as a teacher as well because this is one of the best ways that you can interact with others and really leave an impression.
Another option is if you really enjoy solving puzzles, then a job as a programmer, or even a crime scene investigator might be a great career for you. Because you have to piece the information together to create what you are trying to build with scripting, or even solve a crime, you are using your skills to develop a serious career, but also push the limits and boundaries that you might have for yourself. A good experience with problem solving will certainly help you to ensure that you are finding the right career for your personality and it will be a lot of fun as well that you greatly enjoy.

Ugh, I'd love to go back to school, but I don't know for what? So difficult when you love, yet HATE, everything simultaneously! LOL -- I've done well at every job I've had, and the varieties span the whole gamut...
