There is advertisements on Craigslist and local newspapers for part time work which you can make a couple extra bucks on the side doing but nothing really worthwhile and nothing you can live on which is a must to find as Vegas living is more costly than in other cities.
Here are some good jobs to look for in Vegas that are high paying and guarantee a steady income if you keep your act together.
Valet parking at a high class hotel is one of those jobs where the pay is minimum if even at all but the tips can make you a fortune, if you are respectable and friendly there is no limit to what a wealthy person can tip you and you can easily be pulling in a couple hundred dollars a day if you play your cards right. You have to be over 25 and have a valid driver's license, to get one of these jobs your best bet is to go straight to the hotel/club and ask them if they are hiring, keep doing this until you find one that is and you've just clinched a great job.
If you are lucky enough to get a job as a waiter at one of Vegas' five star restaurants then you can bet with the amount you make in tips alone you will be on your track to becoming a wealthy person. This job of course requires people skills and a friendly, outgoing personality. Restaurants are going to want to see some past experience and a top notch resume before they consider hiring you but if you've got it then there is a good chance you'll get the job. You can find listings on Craigslist and newspapers or just apply in person to a restaurant of your choice and see if they have anything open.
Working as an escort in Las Vegas is a job that can be very high paying especially if you have what it takes. This job caters more to girls than guys, although if you really know what you're doing a guy can get into the business as well. Earnings with this job are unlimited depending on your skills and looks. Many Escorts who make it big end up having enough money to retire in their 30s, of course this job is not the easiest and you have to be determined in order to do it well.
Well those are some of the best jobs you could get in Vegas, just be open for all the No's that are sure to hit you and sooner or later you'll get a Yes.
