Finding a job as a Real Estate Agent can be tricky, but it can make you extremely good money, even during a recession. A job in real estate involves a high degree of involvement and longer availability to work, in conditions which pay oftendepends on the number of houses or homes you sell (commission).

In a job of estate agent you'll have the following responsibilities:

-Imtermediary between buyer and seller or between landlords and tenants;
-Create a database of sellers;
-Identify people who want to make real estate acquisitions;
-Finding market niches for the development of partnerships;
-Promotion offers for potential customers;
-Achieve monthly target of contracts;
-Advising clients and help to file preparation funding.

However, the more you are willing to allocate more of your time for the job, the more income increases. The most common type of bonus for a job as an estate agent is the formula "part fixed (salary) + commission. Often, the most consistent is given by the part fixed salary and the commission is a bonus income.

What skills do you need for a real estate agent job?

Requirements for a job as a real estate involve at least secondary education, written and oral communication, presentation skills, negotiation skills and salesmanship. Also, you will have an advantage in obtaining a job as a real estate agent if you have good knowledge of legislation and operating the computer, as some Real Estate Agents have yet to being adept at operating new technology.

A Real Estate Agent job, like any sales job requires a high degree of commitment to results. You must be available for travel and to negotiate in favor of real estate agency, and thus yourself. For such a job, emloyers often offer company phones and cars, but if you don't achieve results, these favors will be revoked.

Before you decide on a job as a real estate agent, you should take the time to prepare a top notch resume soyou'll have an advantage in getting a job as a real estate agent if you have studied law or legislation courses.
Remember: when you formulate a letter to get a job as a real estate agent, emphasizes the qualities that will let the employer know you'll be great at the job, but also relationships that you have in a business environment as a starting point in getting new contracts.
