Finding a Leprechaun

Butterfly
If you're curious

About the ancient legends

So mysterious

And you try to find

This creature so mischievous

You may think you're blind

Or you've lost your mind

When you blink he vanishes

No trace left behind

It seems like a dream

Stories say they have been seen

Near a misty stream

Or clear water spring

If a fairy ring you see

Listen for laughing

He may be dancing

And singing songs merrily

So very charming

He may be hiding

In the hollow of a tree

Just keep on looking

He may be skipping

Bouncing over hills and dales

His eyes twinkling

Clever as can be

According to Irish tales

Of mythology
