Another site that can be very useful is http://www.newfaces.com/casting-calls.php. Here gives great detail on what the production wants, where it will be and so on. Doing your research is crucial.
Casting calls are very picky about who they're wanting to be in their production. Usually the casting crew will put exactly what they are wanting in the ad for the casting call. Things such as, woman age 18-28, blonde hair, blue eyes, etc. Search for ads on the Internet and in magazines that suit your appearance and your experience.
Be sure to do your research and keep your options open! They're are tons of opportunities out there to hit it big time. No one started out at the top, so be sure to keep in mind there are no small parts. Just small people.
Never go unprepared to a casting call. Be sure you have rehearsed all of your lines and cues they have asked you to look at prior to the casting call. While all of this is very nerve wreaking, be sure you keep calm. Nerves can ruin an excellent audition.
Once you arrive at a casting call in New York, don't get discouraged. There are going to be numerous people there for the same role you want, thinking the same things you are, and yes, worrying about the girl or man standing next to them. Be sure to stay positive and show your best self.
Learn to take "No." as an answer. There will be tons of offers out there, but you only need one to start your amazing career. Get "tough skin" and take criticism in as a positive thing. Everyone has room to improve themselves.
It's also a good thing to know your limits with an acting role. Don't think that you have to get naked in every scene to get noticed or hired. Stick to your morals and the right job will find its way. Be sure to take into account of when to say "No." yourself.
Overall, just have fun! This is your life and live it how you want it. Acting can be an incredible career, and with these basic steps, you'll be just fine. Good Luck!

I Have been PIG To this blog because the phone calls to Hell's kitchen don't work and no one well tell me one way or the other and it getting on my nerves but I am not giving up and of course I am reaching out and trying really hard to get that chance to walk throw the door but of course When I was there in 2009 in Vegas and got the 2nd interview, That meant I had to leave town to take a plane to get this interview there where no locations up here and I really want a shot but there where adlease 200 or more people there and it was like a Needle in a Haystack and it is hard to choice from all the people who come but if you are holding additions and you will not give the location, Then that means I am cut out yet again and the is frustration and Hurt Because I want to be there but every one who has applied
I am truly frustrated and all the false information and hopes and wonders and worry about Hell's Kitchen Casting Call's are going down or not Because it seems like I am trying Supper Hard to find about the issue in Hand and at this point wonder are we all going for a wild goose chase or are we getting smoke blow up are Butt and Lisa and Debbie for Twins City has no up date information for Season 9 of Hell's kitchen and Most of All I heard that the Additions are from Oct 29th until Nov 7th is the dead line but are we just getting played and the 9th season already being taped?
