Traveling down the road of life
I've made choices, wrong and right
Holding upon each thread of might
of which so little, often I'd find.
I've made choices, wrong and right
Holding upon each thread of might
of which so little, often I'd find.
On my every attempt to surrender
A glimmer of light appears
A message of hope from the Master
to carry on, His watch is never over.
Continuing the journey I started
Knowing as it is, life is imperfect
The turns I took and will take
will mold the me, I constantly seek.
And if by the end of this road
I don't find the me I've long sought
I'd still be able to rest and triumph
by finding what was never lost.
