There are plenty of writing sites for new writers that are popping up all over the Internet. Let's face it, not all writing sites are created equal and pay top pay. It takes time and effort to find a group of sites that really do pay some good money. Most writer's prefer the websites that pay their writer's a up front money for the article. The best idea is to join a combination of those sites that pay up front and those that pay based on views. Start your search on one of the popular search engines or surf to the websites that are included below and sign up.

Associated Content/Yahoo Contributor Network
Lots of new writer's have signed up for this website. The site also recently joined with Yahoo. Only time will tell how this affects the new writers that sign up for the writer's compensation program. They are certainly not the new kid on the block and they pay a decent price for articles. The good thing about this writing site is that you are payed an up front payment for articles and also receive pay per view money. This is a winning situation for new writer's looking to gain experience or experienced writer's looking to reach a wider audience.

Bukisa
Bukisa changed their payment structure recently. Article writer's are now compensated through Google Adsense. This might be terrific news for some eager new writer's and bad news for others. The great thing about Bukisa is that you are allowed to write on just about any topic. They also have a referral program. Just remember to sign up with Adsense if you are going to write for Bukisa.

Break Studio
Writer's are saying interesting things about this site. Check it out for yourself. They pay a set fee of about $8 per article which is good compensation for a new writer. However, those rates could certainly change at anytime.

HubPages
This site is setup like a blogging site. Those familiar with blogger should have no problem relating to this site. Writer's are allowed to write on any topic of interest to them. They are compensated through integration of their Adsense account with the site. Writer's earn money based on the amount of traffic generated. This site is worth checking out. Sign up is easy and you can start writing immediately.

Suite 101
They pay writer's a share of their income based on how many views the site receives. Writer's are allowed to write about any topic that interest them. Editor's give plenty of feedback and guidance in producing better articles. They also have feature writers on this site. Pay is good and steady once you build up your articles. New writer's must first submit writing samples and a writer's resume to get started writing on the website. Once approved, they can start producing articles.

Thanks for sharing. I currently write for two of the sites that you have listed. I have also recently found Viewshound and www.examiner.com. They pay in about the same manner as those that you have listed.
