These are not arranged in any specific order, they are all great in their own unique way, and I don't think I could pick one above another.
Delmonico Steakhouse on Las Vegas Blvd
Elegantly decorated, this steakhouse is one of the finest in Vegas with a Grand Piano, amazing ceilings, and gorgeous French Doors, set in a sort of New Orleans style. The menu is very large with so many thing to choose from you almost get dizzy looking at it, the wine list as well is something to note as not only do they have an enormous amount of selections it is some of the most expensive wine in Vegas. The Waiters give an excellent presentation and treat you with honor worthy of a king. Whilst there I had a NY Steak which was mouth watering good, the average cost of a meal there is about 40 dollars but goes up depending on what you have. At this restaurant you have to make a reservation as it is very popular, I booked the day before I came and it was fine. This place is a must.
Joel Robuchon at the MGM Grand
This is one of the most expensive restaurants around with average prices from 200 to 300 dollars for the main course, I've only been to it once and it was a great experience, I really felt the true meaning of the word high class. The style is modeled after a prestige 1930's type era Café, the dining room is decorated with Velvet and Marble. The wine they have is among the nicest I've ever had, with ages up to 750+, and champagnes with over a 100 to choose from. This is the type of place where presidents and celebrities dine and I wouldn't be surprised if you saw some on an average night in there. The staff are all very well mannered and courteous and they advise you to make a reservation before coming as it is an extremely popular place.
Burger Bar on Las Vegas Blvd
This is a fun little place, which I have frequented because of its cheer atmosphere and delicious burgers. The great thing about Burger Bar is that you actually create your own burger from a wide variety of burgers, toppings and sauces. You can literally put anything you want on it, they even have grilled lobster pieces which if I may say so make an excellent addition to a big juicy Lamb burger. You can swing by anytime of the day, and even get take out. They do serve alcohol as well, and the average cost for a burger is about 20 bucks, a high price you may say for a burger, but it's worth it.
If you want a full satisfied stomach on your next trip to Vegas, you have to go to these places, some of the best Vegas has to offer.
