Coffee :
Firenze's coffee menu is split into 3 different, but equally delicious categories. There is the coffee and specialty drinks which consist of latte's, espresso, cappuccino, caramel macchiato, and cafe mocha. There are a large number of different syrup flavors on offer that you can add to your beverage for a little taste variety. I generally go with the vanilla latte which adds a little bit of sweetness without having to dump in any sugar. Next up, there are the iced drinks which are basically the same items as the specialty coffe menu but served cold over ice. A very nice treat in the hot summer months. Also included in this section is a blended, iced fruit flavor drink called a liscio (pronounced lee-c-o) which is a real big hit with the kids. Finally, there are the coffee alternatives which are, chai latte, a nice selection of gourmet teas, hot chocoloate, steamed milk, hot cider, and a really nice caramel apple cider. All of these items are a good deal less than what you'd expect to pay at rival coffee chain shops.

Service:
The service here is what sets Firenze apart fom it's competitors. From the store owner, down through the manager and the part-time staff are all very pleasant all all of them take the time to get to knoe their customers and what their specific drink orders are. My coffee is usually ready for me as soon as I get through the front door...the service is just that good.

Ambience:
The interior of the store is very elegantly, and tastefully decorated. Magnificent original artwork by renowned local artist Steve Hickok line the walls, and don't expect to find any plastic fold-away chairs here. Almost all of the seats are made of luxurious Italian leather and once you sit in them, you may never want to leave. There is always music playing but at a very nice level so that you can sit and talk without having to yell.

Extras :
Fresh pastries are available for purchase each and every day and they have just recently added a bag lunch which consists of a tuna or chicken sandwich, an apple, a bag of chips, and a cookie. Great value at $7.95. You can also get coffee for the office as they offer take-out urns up to 5 gallons. There is free wireless internet access available in the shop and most weekend evenings they will have a local musician play live. Firenze also offers a seperate conference room which can be used for staff meetings, sales presentations, group meetings etc.

Firenze have really set themselves apart from similar styled shops and it's their little extras that put them ahead of the group. They are in a great location in Suwanee, their store set in the same strip mall area as the Wal-Mart Supercenter. It's a great spot to stop in and stay awhile, you'll be well looked after.
