Firework Times in and Around Central Pennsylvania

According to ABC 27, here are some of the fireworks scheduled for Central Pennsylvania and the surrounding areas:

Carlisle's Fireworks are scheduled for Saturday June 30th, at dusk (around 9 p.m.), at the Carlisle Fairgrounds.

Chambersburg's Fireworks are scheduled for Wednesday July 4th, at 9:30 p.m., at Memorial Park.

Harrisburg's Fireworks are scheduled for three different occasions; Saturday June 30th, after the Harrisburg Symphony Orchestra (the concert starts at 8:30 p.m.), at City Island; Wednesday July 4th, at 9:05 p.m., at City Island; and Friday July 6th, after the conclusion of the Harrisburg Senators Game, at City Island.

Hershey's Fireworks are scheduled for Wednesday July 4th, at 10 p.m., at Hersheypark.

Lebanon's Fireworks are scheduled for Wednesday July 4th, at dusk (around 9 p.m.), at Coleman Memorial Park.

Linglestown's Fireworks are scheduled for Saturday July 7th, at 9:20 p.m., at Koons Park.

Millersburg's Fireworks are scheduled for Tuesday July 3rd, at 9:30 p.m., at Riverfront Park.

Red Lion's Fireworks are scheduled for Tuesday July 3rd, at 9:30 p.m., at Horn Field (located at Red Lion Area High School)

Waynesboro's Fireworks are scheduled for Wednesday July 4th, at 9:30 p.m., at the Middle School

York's Fireworks are scheduled for three different occasions; Monday July 2nd, after the conclusion of the York Revolution Game, at Sovereign Bank Stadium; Wednesday July 4th, no specific time given (the gates open at 6 p.m.), at the York Expo Center; and Saturday July 7th, after the conclusion of the York Revolution Game, at Sovereign Bank Stadium.

There are more than enough fireworks this year in the Central Pennsylvania Area that if you miss the fireworks show closest to you, you should still be able to catch a neighboring city's fireworks show. If you're a big fireworks buff, you could even schedule quite a few fireworks shows in!
