Who doesn't enjoy looking at a pretty fish tank? Facebook's Fish World takes the fish bowl concept and turns it into a social networking game! Run your own fish harvesting business, keep your fish happy, and beautify the tanks with pretty decorations all at the same time!

Here are some of the most frequently asked questions about Facebook's Fish World game.

Should I bother with this game? Will I like it?
Facebook has hundreds of games available and you can feel overwhelmed with the amount of choices. Fans of Facebook's Farmville, YoVille, Farm Town, and Pet Society will enjoy Fish World. The graphics are excellent (and cute!), the game is relaxing & simulates a business, you can watch your fish grow, and there's always something to do.

Keep in mind, Fish World is a brand new game and has only been around since August 2009. Improvements will be made and the game will keep getting better.

How often are new features and items added to Fish World?
All the time! Fish World is a very new Facebook game and new features, fish, and decorations are being added several times per week.

How many fish can I keep in one tank?
As many as you'd like! There's no limit to the amount of fishies you can keep in your tank. However, too many fish can cause problems -- it can get crowded on the screen and you might miss a fish that's ready to sell or needs feeding. You cannot transfer decorations or fish between tanks, so if you're making a breed-specific tank, be sure to plan ahead accordingly.

Can fish die?
YES! Fish need feeding every 48 hours. If a fish goes 48 hours without any food, it will perish.

How to I feed the fish?
A fish is hungry when it has a food bubble over its head. Simply click on the fish food button and click anywhere in your tank to drop the food. The hungry fish will swim to the food and eat.

What do I do with a dead fish?
You will need to "flush" your fish, just like you would when your goldfish dies in real life!Click on the deceased fish and press the "flush" button.

How do I sell fish?
Fish can be sold at any point, but will not reach their full value until adulthood. Click on an individual fish to see its current value. If you would like to sell the fish, click "Sell Fish."

Multiple fish can be sold all at once by clicking the "$ Sell my fish" button on the main screen. Keep in mind that this option only sells adulthood fish and sells them at a discount (you receive 15% less). It's best to sell individually, unless you are pressed for time.

Do I have to sell my fish once they reach adulthood?
No. You can keep them as long as you'd like, as long as you feed them.

How to I earn experience points?
Experience points are vital for leveling up and are earned by selling fish.

How many fish tanks can I own?
Fish World is new and at this time, you can own up to 8 fish tanks at once.

What is the "I love my fish" button for?
This button, located in the bottom center of your screen, gives you bonus coins every 12 hours. Simply click the button to receive your coins.

How do I get more money?
Earn coins by selling adult fish and visiting/cleaning your friends' fish tanks. You can also purchase Fish World coins with real money.

If I clean my friend's fish tank, does my friend still need to clean it herself?
Yes! Your friend will still need to clean her fish tank herself even if you help her out.

How do I get more Fish World friends?
Check your current Facebook friends to see if anyone plays the game. Access the Fish World application and click on the "Your Neighbors" tab. Anyone who plays the game already is automatically added to this screen. You can also join a Fish World group on Facebook and post a message asking for more friends.
