The Fisher Price fp3 player is a kid-tough mp3 player designed with preschoolers in mind. Durable and easy to use, the Fisher Price fp3 player comes in blue or pink and can withstand just about anything a kid may put it through. Keeping in mind the delicacy of children's tiny ears, the Fisher Price fp3 player plays the music at a volume safe for little ears.

The Fisher Price fp3 player is very user friendly, allowing parents to visit the Fisher Price fp3 website to download a variety of songs and stories, or you can simply download from a CD you already own. The sturdy Fisher Price fp3 player also features large buttons that are perfect for children's hands, a 1.4-inch LCD screen equipped with symbols to help children pick their desired stories and songs, and a rubbery grip on both sides so that those tiny hands can hold the Fisher Price fp3 player with ease. A safety strap for carrying the fp3 player around the neck and child-sized headphones are also included with the Fisher Price fp3 player.

The Fisher Price fp3 player holds approximately two hours of listening time. This will give you about 15 stories or approximately 30 songs stored on the device at any given time. The Fisher Price fp3 players comes equipped with two stories and six songs already loaded onto it. You can download hundreds more kid-friendly songs at the Song and Story Online Store using the software CD included with the Fisher Price fp3 player. At the Fisher Price Song and Story Store, you can also read expert reviews and suggestions and buy new stories and songs for your child's Fisher Price fp3 player. Songs cost 99 cents apiece, stories are $1.99 and you can buy a whole album to put on the Fisher Price fp3 player for $9.99. These prices are about the same as you would pay for iTunes on a regular mp3 player.

Generally, most parents and children have had only positive things to say about the Fisher Price fp3 player. A couple of complaints people had were that you cannot transfer music previously purchased for a standard mp3 player onto your Fisher Price fp3 player. Also, some parents complained that the foam ear pads on the headphones come off too easily.

Overall, the Fisher Price fp3 player has received great reviews. With a cost of around $70, although it is a bit pricey, you can be assured that the Fisher Price fp3 player will stand up just about anything your kids can throw at it.
