Fisher Price Loving Family Twin Time Dollhouse - A Gift Idea

I bought this product for my girls ages 3 and 4 for Christmas. This is actually a pretty good buy at 59.99, I bought mine at toys'r'us.com, because it comes with bonus items when bought there. The doll house comes with 4 dolls Father, Mother, and the twin babies one boy and one girl. It is a four-story doll house that has 8 rooms, now if you buy from Toys R' Us you get an exclusive furniture package. It includes One girl, an easel, book, bookcase, computer desk, chair, globe, snack tray and radio. A cat comes with the doll house as well. It also comes with 10 additional furniture pieces.

The look on my children's faces when they opened the box, and I checked ahead of time on assembly issues, because in the past some of the toys require hours of installation. Well for me anyway. But this is so convenient you take it out of the box and unfold and instant doll house, this folds up pretty compact for storage.

The outside of the doll house is yellow, with pretty flower pots, and a balcony. The interior of the house has pretty wall border in each room, and fabric curtains that are very pretty. This doll house is very durable, and the furniture and figures are as well.

You can buy different furniture sets that go with this house, they are really cute and cheaply priced. My girls spend hours playing with this, and it has stood the test of time, here we are 4 months out of Christmas and they are still playing with it hard. So that tells me it was definitely worth the money. You can also buy different family members.

Our doll house is a combination of new and vintage furniture, you can shop on Ebay and there is a lot of Fisher Price doll house accessories to choose from. I think this product helps children build imagination, encourages sharing and role playing. I listen to my daughters changing their voices for the different dolls, and talk about "cooking dinner". My girls can be pretty hard on toys, and this still looks great nothing broken yet, some of the doors are missing now though.

The only thing about this doll house I have problems with are the curtains falling down, and the flowers that are in the outside pots falling out. These are minor problems compared to the joy that my girls get with this toy!

I would highly recommend this one for children, and I feel like it was a good deal, and smart purchase.
