3. CoreWorks Fitness - They offer Pilates, Golf Pilates, Yoga, and Pilates for weight loss programs. The classes are small and great for those who don't enjoy large groups of exercise 'partners'.

4. Curves - This is a gym for women that offers lifestyle solutions to weight loss. They have small classes and offer weight management solutions. There are three gyms in the Columbia area.

5. Colosseum Gym - Get your pilates classes, physical therapy, personal training, or strength training here.

6. Gold's Gym - Exercise, get a personal trainer, or learn how to use nutrition to control your weight. They have several wellness seminars to help you acheive your fitness goals.

7. Jazzercise - Combine jazz with yoga, kickboxing, pilates or your other favorite exercise moves. Very popular with music and dance enthusiasts.

8. Top Shape Fitness - A great cardio-kickboxing class, fitness camp, and training studio. They also have low impact cardio, if you want to start slow.
