Efficiency: Let's face it, cleaning is not easy and most people hate to do it. With a robotic vacuum cleaner, you can now get your living room, and any other room for that matter, nearly spic-and-span very quickly. Its features are that of the regular upright vacuum, only better. The robotic vacuum has a variety of accessories, including filters, brushes and cleaning parts, all onboard the cleaner within easy reach. So you save a lot of time to apply to more fun things in life.
Ease of Use: Of course, the robot vacuum is automatic. Just turn it on, leave it alone to begin cleaning, come back and you'll find the room very well cleaned. Just press the start/on button, and the vacuum will start cleaning without your presence or supervision. It methodically paces the room, using its algorithmic programming technology.Compact Design: Most robotic vacuum cleaners are built in a streamlined disk-shape. This design allows it to reach most all those areas that a normal vacuum can. Its' disk-shape helps it to go around furniture legs and wall corners very effectively always cleaning along the way.
Affordability: You can now find new robot vacuums for as little as $100 -250 on popular auction sites. That's all well and good. However, this is not to say that all robotic vacuum cleaners are the same.
An exceptional Robotic Vacuum Cleaner. The world's most expensive robotic vacuum cleaner is the Swedish designed and developed Electrolux Trilobite 2.0. If you're like me, you may wonder why the Trilobite 2.0 robotic vacuum can command an investment of about $1,800 when you can get a perfectly good 'regular' cleaner for a couple of hundred dollars. As it happens, it's because most of the robotic vacuums in the lower priced ranges, as robots are judged, pretty dumb.
Its state of the art electronics makes it very flexible. It has 4 automatic motors that operate different functions simultaneously therefore making it active and intelligent. While I may not appreciate all the in-built technological features, the most prominent feature of this high-end appliance is the intelligent stair sensors in it. This wonderful device can actually automatically clean stairs It apparently has in built infrared stir sensing technology, which restricts it from falling on stairs. In addition, the Electrolux Trilobite 2.0 - can automatically recharge itself. It takes up to two hours to charge completely and it can clean for one hour. I am all for efficiency in cleaning but I am not so sure that all that technology can overcome the price differential. So, I'm off to set up my auction alerts for a Trilobite!
