Five Body Language Basics to Conquer for the Dating Game
1. Keep your posture open. By doing this, you will be showing you are an open person. Make sure to keep your hands are by your side and turn towards the person when conversing. By leaning forward, you will be showing interest.
2. Reflect self confidence by the way you carry and present yourself. You want to stand tall and sit with your back straight. Walk with pride and dress with style. Men and women are attracted to confident and self-assured individuals. Exude high self confidence and watch as you attract Mr. or Miss Right into your life.
3. Facial expressions are a key element to using correct body language. You need to relax the muscles in your face and smile genuinely. By relaxing your facial muscles and smiling, you will appear to be more approachable.
4. Make direct eye contact. When someone is conversing with you, look them directly in their eyes. This will show that you are interested. Also, when you see someone new that you would like to get to know, you can use your eyes to get their attention. Once they notice that you are looking in their direction, you can lower your eyes from head to toe and smile afterwards. This is a sure sign of interest.
5. Do not show any signs of shyness. Remember to exude self confidence and not to be self conscious. Learn how to relax and enjoy your dating experience. By increasing your confidence, it will be easier to be in social settings and interact with others when on the dating scene.
By mastering the art of nonverbal communication, you will be able to attract those you are interested in and send a get-lost signal to those you do not want to get to know. By learning the elements of correct body language, it will be easier to turn the heads of those you are interested in and seduce them by knowing what they are thinking. Conquer these skills and watch as you get the dates that you want.
