Five Celebrities Who Desperately Need New Year's Resolutions in 2010

At first, I was not going to pick on Lindsay. People seem to talk about her needing help more than any other celebrity but her behavior absolutely frightens me. When The Anna Nicole Show began and it was very clear she was addicted to drugs, I told my husband she would be dead within five years. I am terrified that is what will happen with Lindsay. Photos are common of Lindsay entering and leaving bars looking as though she is either drunk or high. If she is sober, then this resolution will not apply but my resolution would be for her to go into rehab, realize her problems, step aside from the spot light and get her life back because she is a talented young lady who it would be a major loss to lose. Lindsay also needs to resolve to find someone to love her for who she is and avoid public affairs.

Steven Tyler/Aerosmith

I have been an Aerosmith practically since I was in diapers. Aerosmith is not Aerosmith without Steven Tyler and the continuous rumors he is leaving the bad are disheartening. He and Joe Perry need to reconcile their differences and get back together. The idea of Aerosmith without Steven Tyler is nauseating to me. He basically founded the band. Also, there has been speculation he is not sober any more. If this is true, my hope is that he will resolve to get clean and stay clean. I cannot imagine how difficult that would be after so much use of drugs in the past but he did it before and could do it again. I love Steven Tyler and do not want him to die before I can get the chance to do more than touch his shoe in a concert. He seemed so stable when in the relationship with his ex-wife. I think he needs to resolve to find a woman like her who will care for him as Steven Tallarico and not Steven Tyler the rock star.

Jude Law

Jude Law's New Year's resolution needs to be to get more involved with his baby girl Sofia. The last information I read said he had never seen his newborn daughter. Regardless of his relationship with her mother, Jude owes it to his little girl to be a part of her life and in 2010, I hope he makes the decision to visit her and be her father.

The Michael Jackson family

Joe Jackson and his crew need to make a resolution to stop making money on every aspect of Michael's death. Their resolution should be to raise his children the way he wanted them raised in honor of his memory. With all he left them, it is the least they can do.

The Gosselin family

The Gosselin family needs to make a resolution to stop filming their program for the benefit of their children. John Gosselin specifically needs to make a resolution to stay out of the public spotlight as much as possible. The more he enters the public, the more he looks like a complete jerk.
