If you're looking for natural beauty treatments, take time to read the labels. Retailers have caught on quickly to the trend toward natural beauty. Expensive natural beauty products often contain a miniscule amount of the natural ingredients they feature. You can do better by using the real thing. All these cheap or free natural beauty treatments are quick and easy too.
Have you tried a yogurt and avocado moisturizing mask? Both these ingredients are frequently featured in expensive natural beauty treatment products. Not surprisingly, they work just as well without the fancy label. Simply whip together equal parts of yogurt and avocado. Spread a thin layer on your face. Leave on for 15 minutes. Wipe clean. Rinse off. Great for silky legs too!
Coconut oil brings the shine back to dull, dry hair. Some say it even prevents premature graying. No wonder so many natural hair products contain this tropical wonder. Use it as a leave in conditioner after shampooing. You can find coconut oil and coconut milk in most supermarkets. Use the coconut milk if you have oily hair to prevent over-conditioning.
Other natural oils soften dry frizzy hair. You'll find ingredients like almond oil, avocado oil, and olive oil in many beauty products designed for eliminating the frizzies. Our family of mixed ethnicity has plenty of experience in this department. Forget the expensive products. Use pure natural oils on a regular basis as hair dressing or pomade. They're far more effective.
Allergic to expensive creams and lotions? Usually the scents are the issue. It could also be chemical or metal allergies. Who knew there were metals in soaps and lotions? Natural oils like almond, avocado and olive aren't just for your hair. They can soften skin as well. Use plain old vegetable oil or shortening if you're on a super tight budget. Sounds crazy but works better than many of the designer products. In fact, check their labels. You'll likely find they use vegetable oil bases.
Do strong astringents make your acne worse? That's because most contain harsh alcohol. What's an alternative cheap natural beauty treatment? Give apple cider vinegar a try. This gentle daily treatment kills germs and fights oily breakouts without harsh chemicals. It's an awesome pore cleanser too. Don't worry about the smell. It fades as it evaporates.

I need all the help I can get sometimes! LOL cheers :)
Mmmm...gotta love that disodium EDTA for soft skin! Just kidding! My eyes cross when I read ingredients on those things! One thing I like to do is take whatever coconut oil is left on the spoon or measuring device after I measure some in a recipe and work it into my hands. It's really nice!
