Being on a diet does not mean that you have to sacrifice flavorful food to shed those unwanted pounds. There are a few delicious diet friendly that anyone who is dieting and craving desserts should check out.

Fruit Salad

You could purchase fruit salad from the grocery store, but I always enjoy making my own more. There are a lot of vitamins in fruit salad. Fruit salad can include any of the following: kiwi, melon, pineapple, grapes, watermelon, pears, mandarins, peach, raspberries, and strawberries. This treat is always filling and a large amount does not have to be eaten either to feel full.

Blue Berry Mouse

This is another easy to make dessert that takes less than 1 minute to prepare. You will need 200 grams of blue berries and 100ml of low fat yoghurt. Add the two ingredients together and blend for about 30 seconds. Enjoy this yummy dessert.

Being on a diet does not have to be full of stress. With these diet friendly desserts, you can enjoy the food you are eating.
