1. Red Lotus Cocktail
What it is:
Refreshing yet sweet cocktail,
What You Need:
- Cocktail Shaker
- Cranberry Juice, 1 Ounce
- Ice
- Lichido Liqueur, 1 ½ Ounce
- Vodka, 1 ½ Ounce
How to Make It:
1. Using a cocktail shaker with ice, pour in cranberry juice, vodka and Lichido liqueur.
2. Shake the cocktail shaker.
3. Fill an appropriate glass with ice, and strain the mixture into the glass.
2. Beijing Bellini
What it is:
A twist on the traditional Bellini recipe, created by mixologist Andrew Krauss of NYC.
What you Need:
- Champagne, 3 Parts*
- Dry Italian Prosecco, 3 Parts*
- Lychee Wine, 1 Part**
- Lychee Liquor, 1 Part**
- Lychee Nut, 1, Dropped at Bottom of Glass
*Choose only one of these ingredients to use.

How to Make It:
1. Add all ingredients to a mixer.
2. Serve drink in a tall champagne flute glass if possible.
3. Shandong Mary Cocktail
What it is:
The Asian version of a Bloody Mary, from Chef Martin Yan.
What you need:
- Chili Garlic Sauce, ¼ Teaspoon
- Lemon Wedge, for garnish
- Tomato Juice, ½ Cup
- Tsingtao Lager Beer, ½ Cup
- Vodka, 2 Tablespoons
How to make it:
1. Get tall glass and fill with ice.
2. Add all ingredients into mixer except lemon wedge and shake well.
3. Stir mixture. Pour into Glass.
4. Garnish with lemon wedge
4. Lichitini
What it is:
A twist on the traditional Martini; both sweet and sour.
What you need:
- Lime Juice, dash of
- Lichido Liqueur, 1 ½ Ounces
- Lychee, Pitted, 1
- Vodka, 1 ½ Ounces
How to make it:
1. Using a cocktail shaker with ice, pour all ingredients.
2. Shake mixture, and strain into a cocktail glass.
3. To garnish the drink, drop a lychee at bottom of glass.
5. Ginger Beer Fizz
What it is:
A beer cocktail with ginger, created by Chef Martin Yan.
What you need:
- Ginger, 3 Quarter-sized Slices
- Ginger Beer, ¾ Cup
- Tsingtao Pure Draft Beer, ¾ Cup
How to make it:
1. Fill glass with ice cubes, preferably a tall one.
2. Add all ingredients and stir.
