Five Everyday Ways to Earn Extra Cash

LMG
Off the top of my head, I can think of five different everyday things that a person can do to make extra cash. Most are things that we do on a daily basis, some may be a little less common.

1. Housekeeping. I know that for many, the thought of cleaning someone else's house is unappealing, but the fact is, it can open up a lot of doors for the person who does the cleaning. Many people simply do not have the time to clean for themselves, or they are unable to do it anymore. These people would be happy to pay someone else to clean for them.

2. Yard work. Just as with cleaning house, many people are either unable to do their own yard work, or simply do not have the time for it. They really do want their yard to look nice, and because of that, they will gladly pay someone else to get it done for them.

3. Errand running. I know of many elderly and disabled people who can no longer drive or get around easily. They want to remain in their own home, but they need a hand once in a while to get groceries and such. These people would gladly pay another person to go shopping for them. This can be a very quick and easy task if you take a list and only get what is on it. If you do this, remember, they are paying you for the service, be fast and efficient. If you choose to shop for multiple people, be sure to keep their orders separate.

4. Laundry service. How many people do you know that absolutely hate having to do their own laundry? These are the people that are likely to pay someone else to do it for them.

5. Babysitting. Last but not least, wherever there are working parents, there is the need of a reliable, honest, trustworthy babysitter. If you choose to do this, be sure that you check into your local laws as to how many children you are able to keep at a time.

All of these can be very lucrative ways to make money and at the same time, help someone else. You would be surprised at the number of people in your own town that would probably jump at any of the services I have listed. If you are in need of extra money, why not make that extra money while helping someone else?
