Kids love to create crafts. What they love even more than creating crafts is creating crafts that they can use! Try some of the recipes below for ultimate kids' crafts and fun. They are sure to put a smile on any child's face.

Homemade Face Paint

Materials

Small containers (one for each color)
1 tsp. Cornstarch for each container
½ tsp. Cold cream for each container
½ tsp water for each container
Food coloring

Mix the cornstarch and cold cream in each container until well blended. Add in the water and stir well. Add the food coloring one drop at a time until the desired color is achieved. Use the mixtures to paint small designs on your face. Wash face off with soap and water. Cover the containers with a lid for storage.

Bath Tub Paints

1 tsp cornstarch
Food Coloring (washable tempera powder will also work)
1 Plastic ice cube tray

Mix the soap and cornstarch in a small bowl. Divide the mixture among the ice cube tray sections. Add food coloring one drop at a time. (Test a small amount on tub to ensure easy clean-up) Paint body and scrub up! Store in bags or containers in refrigerator.

Magic Mud
