Five of the Most Ridiculous Gadgets

Gadgets come in all sizes and flavors these days, from the biggest and greatest new energy saving technology, to the smallest almost insignificant barely used technology found in many stores around the globe, but there is a fine line. In the middle these categories is the category I like to call "The most ridiculous gadgets". These gadgets are either hilarious, useless, or just plain awkward to use, so lets take a look at five of these gadgets and see what makes them so intriguing.

First most ridiculous gadget, the Optimus Keyboard.

This monster of a keyboard has more LCD screens built right into it then most rich people have in their whole house. Each key has it's own screen, and the keyboard features a programmable key function for every key. This all sounds great if you're rich, or if you have many people who need to use the keyboard all speaking different languages, otherwise this is simply another one of the most ridiculous gadgets around.

Second most ridiculous gadget, the TwitterPeek.

This device remotely resembles that of a small cellular phone, perhaps a blueberry with a full set keyboard on the unit, and Internet service at a price. This ridiculous gadget serves only one purpose, to send and receive Tweets on the go. Many phones today already have this service. Why exactly do we need another gadget to fill our pockets, when one phone can do everything you need, why carry excess baggage?

Third most ridiculous gadget, the NexGen 3D Keyboard.

This keyboard is designed in the shape of a Rubik's cube, with keys on five sides and none on the bottom. I'm having a hard time trying to figure out how this ridiculous gadget is suppose to be useful... On the other hand it is rather novel and creative, and I'm sure it will make a great paper weight for you.

Fourth most ridiculous gadget, the Asus Ecobook.

The Asus Ecobook is a laptop that was released around 2007 by Asus a motherboard and chipset manufacture, this laptop featured a completely bio degradable case made from bamboo wood and cardboard. This ridiculous gadget just leaves me wondering. "Asus what where you thinking with this one?"

A laptop composed primarily of bamboo wood and card board talk about a fire hazard. Just imagine what happens if you spill your drink next to your laptop, or decide you want to work outside on a humid day. Processors are known to get well over 70c on laptops from time to time, not to mention the heat from the battery. This ridiculous gadget was a fire waiting to happen.

Fifth most ridiculous gadget, the Solar Hat Fan.

It's understandable that on a hot day you might want something nice to cool you off, but this ridiculous gadget doesn't quite fit the bill, with a silly looking solar panel and a hat clip attached to it. This fan hangs down right in front of your face where it may cause you harm. If you fall down your sure to get a face full of fan blades, and just to make it worse the fan is blocking your view while you walk.
