Are you going on vacation in Myrtle Beach? After laying out at the beach all day, don't just go to your hotel and sit around. Go out and enjoy the nightlife in Myrtle Beach! There are lots of places to go to have a good time in the evenings in Myrtle Beach. Here are just a few.

1. Fat Tuesday's

Fat Tuesday's is a bar that serves frozen daquri -inspired drinks in many different flavors. Each very affordable drink contains grain alcohol or some other strong alcohol. Try the 190 Octane, their strongest, orange-flavored drink. It is a favorite of many locals! And don't forget that for just $1, you can get an extra shot of your choice liquor! Get the most for your money on a night out by starting at Fat Tuesday's! It's also conveniently located at Broadway at the Beach, surrounded by many other bars. Start here and work your way around!

2. Liberty Taproom and Grill

Liberty Taproom and grill is a great place to eat and especially to hang out in the evenings. It is popular because Liberty has its own micro-brewery, a rare find. Come here and eat a steak and then stay to enjoy the nightlife. Especially good for those who prefer a more relaxed environment to crazy dance parties.

3. House of Blues

Many of you are probably familiar with the House of Blues. The House of Blues is Myrtle Beach's prime location for musical entertainment. Countless famous bands play here each year, and the venue is perfect for a night out, with the right band. Be sure to check the schedule for the House of Blues before visiting Myrtle Beach, and definitely buy your tickets ahead of time, because shows at this venue often sell out. Also, try out the House of Blues resturant before going to your concert. If you eat beforehand, you receive a pass to "cut the line" and get into the building first! Be sure to check this one out.

4. Hard Rock Cafe

Another nightspot you are probably familiar with, this is a Hard Rock worth checking out (as well as purchasing the obligatory t-shirt to add to your collection of Hard Rock tees!). The Myrtle Beach Hard Rock Cafe is built like a pyramid. the inside of it is awesome, with stadium-like levels of tables, and memorabilia covering the walls. Definitely check this place out and take the time to look around it. You may learn a thing or two about your favorite musicians!

5. Comedy Cabana

At this club, local comedians (as well as some well-known comedians from other areas) gather for shows that will leave you in stitches. A nice, relaxed environment and more entertainment than you might expect, this one is a winner. Be sure to call and check out the schedule before making a trip to this one, though, some nights are better than others. Go ahead, get your laugh on! Go to Comedy Cabana for a real show.

This is just a start to the amazing summer nights you could have at Myrtle Beach, SC. Hard Rock and Fat Tuesdays are both at Broadway at the beach. If you are not sure what you would like to do, Broadway is always a good place to start. Come early and enjoy the many small shops and sights to see. Enjoy a great dinner at one of the resturants, and then head out. With at least 13 clubs and bars in the same general location, you are sure to find something that will suit anyone in your party.
