Why Evil Olivia rocks:
1. Alternate Olivia is a freaking awesome assassin
She is the best shot on the block and isn't afraid to kill everyone in the way, although she can be a softy. Even though old Olivia is slowly acquiring the skills of her alternate ego, she can't compare to the original red-headed gunslinger.
2. Alternate Olivia is more human than old Olivia.
Sorry, Anna Tory, but sometimes it is only the crazy old Dr. Walter Bishop's amazing acting on the show that keeps viewers watching. The old Olivia has about as much passion and life as the supposedly deceased William Bell. New alternate Anna Tory gets angry, has a mean streak, and knows how to love a man. Not only that, but she has a nice red 'do. Finally Anna Tory shows the world that she can act. It's a nice change.
3. The new Olivia Dunham knows how to get her man.
Even though she has a handsome hunk at home (guess this Dunham got over her intimacy issues), the new Olivia knows how to her get her man, Peter Bishop. In a couple of episodes she has managed to hit a home run with Bishop while old Olivia bumbles with her new personality change and seems timid with her newly acquired handsome life partner (who conveniently will now disappear on a business trip, leaving the old Dunham once again without a man).
4. Evil Olivia has great fashion sense.
From her sharp red haircut to the happening standard-issue tattoo, the alternate Olivia knows how to dress on the cutting edge. Even in her scaled-back impersonating-the-original-Olivia form, "Fringe"'s alternate Olivia Dunham still wears better makeup, has kept the same cut for her new blonde hair, and dresses a tad more edgier than her mousey counterpart.
5. Alternate Olivia Dunham is smarter
How do "Fringe" viewers know that the alternate Olivia Dunham is smarter than old Olivia? It is doubtful that the alternate Olivia would have fallen for the whole "this is your personality, not this one" gag that the alternate "Fringe" division has pulled on Olivia. Plus, with better technology, it can only be assumed that Olivia had seriously advanced training.
In the end, old Olivia will most likely triumph over the new and improved Olivia Dunham on "Fringe", and she will finally hook up with Peter Bishop, who will have some serious explaining to do. Until then, "Fringe" watchers will secretly root for evil Olivia.
