Five Romantic Restaurants for Valentine's Day in Springfield, PA

Valentine's Day is approaching fast and that means you'll likely be taking your significant other out to a special meal. You don't have to travel far to have a romantic and fabulous meal. I've created a list of five, fabulous places to take your sweetie right around Springfield!

The first place I love to eat at is Cascada Café. One of the reasons I suggest taking your valentine to Cascada Café is the food! They have a varied and lengthy menu full of Italian dishes and specialties. The assortment of seafood dishes, pasta specialties and desserts is out of this world! They also treat you very special in there and I've never had a bad meal there. Cascada Café is a charming, but small restaurant so it would be ideal to make reservations a few days in advance. The second place on my list is the Lamb Tavern. They are located in a beautiful historic building, so it is a really a special place to enjoy a meal! The food is served A la carte style and they are known for their huge cuts of prime rib, as well as seafood. They also serve fresh oysters. The third place on my list is Heng's Thai. It is beautiful inside with a very fancy atmosphere. In addition to serving traditional Thai foods, they also serve Sushi. This would be a great place to spice up your Valentine 's Day dinner. I highly suggest the Thai Fried Banana for dessert -yum! Reservations should be made a few days in advance. The fourth place on my list is Carabba's. This is a chain resturaunt - but if you love flavor and Italian food, it is excellent. The Springfield location is ran very well - with top service and the food is always tasty! They are open for dinners and reservations are not always needed. The last place I'd suggest is the dairy cottage. I suggest this place because not everyone is looking for prime rib or a fancy meal. If you want to go casual this Valentine's day - take your date out for a delicious shake, pizza or a cheese steak. The dairy cottage is a very cozy and relaxed place to eat some comfort food.
