Everyone loves a fresh manicure, right? Well, than you also know that it is next to impossible to keep your nails looking great all the time. Your nails break, your polish chips, and many other things that make keeping your nails beautiful a difficult task. What if there was a way to fix that broken nail without having to file it down and start over? What if you could have great looking nails all the time? Here are just a few tips to keep your manicure looking great:

1) Got a broken nail? Tea bag paper will hold that broken nail together in no time! All you have to do is cut a piece of tea bag paper to fit the area where the nail is broken and then go over it with clear nail polish. The tea bag paper will disappear leaving the appearance of a beautiful nail.

2) Having trouble keeping your nail polish lids from gluing themselves shut? Simply spray a non-stick cooking spray inside the lid before closing. This will grease the lid, making it easy to open the next time you want to paint your nails.

3) If you have problems with your nail polish chipping off, perhaps it is because you are shaking the bottle. Shaking your nail polish creates bubbles that will later cause chipping. Try rolling the bottle upside down in the palms of your hands instead. This will make your nail polish chip a lot less.

4) If you have ever smudged your nail polish right after painting your nails, you know it can be frustrating. Next time your nail polish smudges, try putting a dot of nail polish removing on the pad of your thumb and rubbing it gently in a circle over the smudged area. The smudge will slowly disappear.

5) Try this simple trick to keep your nail polish on longer. Prep your fingernails with white vinegar, then rinse and dry. This makes a great base for your nail polish for the smoothest look.

When you follow these simple tips, you are sure to get that beautiful manicure with very little effort!
