The best (and only) way to play, is to go at it with full force. It may take a few rounds to get used this concept, but the quicker you embrace it, the faster you will excel in the sport.

Do not be intimidated by male players. This is yet another distraction. Put it in your heart, soul, and mind that you are the best on the field - second to none! Women's paintball is now accepted in the mainstream, there can be no holds bared on a woman's abilities!

Keep your wits. Do not panic in the heat of battle and forget to protect yourself and evade your enemies. The best way to win at this sport is to be defensive in your movements. If you find yourself under attack, remember to stay low to the ground and seek out any shelter available.

Be quiet and stealthy. Much can be accomplished through the arts of stalking and hiding. Many times players will unwittingly cross another player's path if one is properly hidden and silent.

Practice makes perfect. Women's paintball is not going to be easy the first few times out; even though it will definitely still be a lot of fun. Just like any sport, it takes practice and determination to succeed. Once you get good enough to play a perfectly spotless round, the feeling of accomplishment will definitely be worth the practice!
