Rosa Hayes
The Flat Belly Diet is making its way around the world and many are asking why this diet is so popular. The name of the Flat Belly Diet says it all since most people are wondering how they may make their bellies flat. In May a study was conducted using the Flat Belly Diet to see how it would affect people. Three people were chosen to participate in this research but as time went on one of the participants dropped out since she didn't like the food that was being offered. One of the women that participated in the Flat Belly Diet lost a total of 7 pounds and two inches from her waist and her husband lost eleven pounds using the Flat Belly Diet, as reported by KDKA.

The Flat Belly Diet consists of users eating 1,600 calories a day and eating meals about every four hours. The Diet to make your belly flat also wants dieters to eat mono-saturated fat with every meal. There is also a Flat Belly Diet book to help users learn how to get their bellies flat by using methods produced by co-author Cynthia Sass.

There are other ways to get your belly flat, including exercising. Exercising to get your belly flat is a little different from the Flat Belly Diet since it doesn't require you to eat certain types of food. If you want your belly flat you should try to implement exercise and dieting into your daily life. Things such as a ten minute walk a day will help to increase your ability to get into shape. Even with certain diets you may lose weight and inches around your waste but without proper exercise the belly flat may go away but there will still be lots of loose skin in the belly area.

There has been an obese epidemic in American and America is becoming known as 'Fat America' which says a lot for the way people are living their lives. Obesity isn't just an epidemic for adults, children are becoming obese also. I am not once to say that my overall health is perfect but I work hard to keep my belly flat and keep in shape by using different methods.

Dieting should be used to help you maintain a weight goal and to become even healthier. Diets should also be used at your own risk since every diet is different and some make have an adverse affect such as making it more difficult on you health.

Before starting the Flat Belly Diet you should consider what this diet does and how you can use it to your benefits. All pros and cons of the diet should be weighed out and talk about with your doctor.
