Florida: 80 Degrees in the Middle of Winter

As I sit outside on my deck doing what seems ridiculous to call work, my daughter who is three plays in the yard blowing bubbles and swinging on the swing, the only care I have is whether or not we will get a sun burn. What's so special about all of that you ask? It's the first week of February and temperatures are soaring to eighty degrees already. Which makes me realize why I live in Florida and also makes me question why any one would want to live anywhere else. Florida has many things to offer Disney World, famous beaches, and warm weather almost year round.

If you haven't been to Orlando, Florida you might want to add it as your next vacation destination. Orlando is a city of life, day and also night to keep you and also little ones entertained. Most obvious is the parks, Disney, Islands of Adventures, Animal Kingdom, and many more. If the parks are to big for you, also consider visiting Church Street Station or Ripley's Believe it Or Not. Once the little ones are in bed there's a wide variety of nightlife for the adults. Catch the Blue Man Group, a Local Concert or party at Ocean Walk. What ever you choose to do the weather will be great, the people friendly and the sights spectacular.

Don't forget to head to the coast and visit the beaches, coco beach is famous with the surfers and Daytona Beach is tagged the Worlds Most Famous. Miles and Miles of sun, sand and fun. My idea of a perfect day is to load up the car and head to the beach. Bring a little lunch and some toys for the kids and you have a very relaxing day with the kids. I admit I also have a good time riding the waves on a boogie board and catching some rays.

The weather here is warm almost year round, some say too warm but how can that be possible? There are always place to retreat for cooling off and lots of fun things to do inside. With the pools and ocean I'm not sure how you would ever get too hot. If you get the chance to visit or heck even move here I recommend it. Remember Im out here working and enjoying the sun in the middle of winter my only worry is sunburn, whats yours? Windburn? Join me.
