Florida Coach Urban Meyer to Speak in Orlando April 25

University of Florida football coach Urban Meyer will speak to an audience in Orlando, Florida, as part of the 2009 Central Florida Gator Club Gator Gathering on Saturday, April 25 beginning at 11 a.m.

This year's event will be held at the Cheyenne Saloon & Opera House at 128 W. Church St. Doors open at 11 a.m. with Coach Meyer speaking at noon. Then, BBQ lunch will be served at 1 p.m.

Church Street will be closed down for this event, and there will be inflatable bounce houses and children's games, face painters, plenty of Gators merchandise for sale and lots of Gator spirit.

Additionally, there will be a silent auction with Gators memorabilia, a raffle and live alligators from GatorLand.

The first 250 people at the event will receive a ticket to participate in a brief autograph session with Coach Meyer. Participants will be limited to one item per person.

There are several ticket options for this year's event. Advanced tickets are available online at the cost of $20 per member, $30 per non-member and $10 for children under 12 years of age.

There is also an opportunity to buy exclusive reserved seating, as seats are first-come, first-served. These tickets cost $40 for members, $50 for non-members and $20 for children under 12 years of age.

While tickets have generally sold out in the past, if available they will be at a cost of $30 per member, $40 per non-member and $20 for children under 12.
